Division Mathematics Festival SY 2019-2020
Mabulitec Integrated School participated in the Division Mathematics Festival on December 9, 2019 held at Urbiztondo Integrated School, Urbiztondo Pangasinan. There are 4 participants competed in our school of which 3 pupils of Grade 1 of Average Group category in the Interscholastic Math Competition and 1 Grade 2 pupil of Math Quiz category. The said competition started with a short program at 8:00 am followed by test proper immediately . Proclamation and Awarding of winners is done in the afternoon which ended up successfully.

MIS Participates in the 42nd Pangasinan - San Carlos City Council Jamboree
The Mabulitec Integrated School participated in the 42nd Pangasinan - San Carlos City Council Jamboree with the theme: "Commitment to Excellence" on November 14- 17, 2019 held at Capitol Beach Front, Lingayen Pangasinan . There is one participant of Grade IV and unit leader School BSP Coordinator, Mr. Salvador D. Ferrer. The participants gain a lot of learnings and fun.

Mabulitec IS conducts the 4th Quarter NSED
"Safety is everyone's responsibility" that is the motto of everyone else when it comes to dealing with such a disaster like earthquake. Pursuant to the Division Memorandum No. 461, Series 2019, The Mabulitec Integrated School conducted the 4th national simultaneous earthquake drill on November 14, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. The aim of this activity is to educate people particularly the learners on how to respond when a natural disaster such as earthquake arises. The activity was participated by the learners coming from the Kindergarten class up to Senior High School. The school personnel with the supervision of Dr. Armando S. Victorio, school head of the said school guided the participants in order for them to attain the objective of the event and secure the safety of the participants. The Proponents of this activity are Mr. Johnbergin E. Macaraeg, SDRRM in the elementary department and Mr. Geronimo B. Espiritu, SDRRM coordinator in the secondary department. The activity begun with an orientation which was administered by the SDRRM coordinators. The approximate number of participants in this activity are 565. Mrs. Margarita A. Salinas, PTA President of the school come over to be the evaluator of the activity. With accordance to Mrs. Salinas' evaluation, the activity went well.

SCHOOL-BASED 2019 GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT SENIOR CITIZENS' TRAINING
As part of this School Year
2019-2020, Mabulitec Integrated School is expected to hold a School-Based
Gender and Development (GAD) Senior Citizen Training, wherein the senior
citizens are expected to join and participate. The said training was started at
exactly 8 o’ clock in the morning. Ahead of time is the arrival and
registration. It was started through prayer and followed by the singing of
national anthem via audio visual presentation.
Our principal, Dr. Armando S.
Victorio welcomed the senior citizens and he was amazed and grateful for a
hundred percent attendance. Dr. Victorio was assigned as the first resource
speaker and he discussed about Senior Citizen Legislation, Welfare and
Benefits. He provided the information specially the different privileges of the
senior citizens. On the other hand, as the GAD Coordinator I discussed about
the Ten Commandments for the Senior Citizens. It sounds so biblical yet many of
the participants listened well and they engaged themselves in participating.
After the two topics, there were recreational activities, zumba and games for
the senior. It lasted for how many minutes and they were tired and yet they
felt enjoyment within their hearts. The said games and zumba is for them to be
able to cope up with different physical activities and stretched more their
patience. It turned out enjoyable and full of smiles on their faces.

Mabulitec Integrated School History
The Mabulitec Integrated School is one of the twenty-eight schools in the District if Malasiqui II. It is situated in Brgy. Mabulitec, Malasiqui, Pangasinan having a land area of 1, 562 sq. m. It is about 8 kms. away from the district office and 5 kms. away from the Poblacion of Malasiqui. it is ounded in the East by Apaya, Malasiqui, Pangasinan; by West by Cabeldatan, Basista, Pangasinan; Mabulitec creek in the North and Cabueldatan, Malasiqui, Pangasinan in the South. The lot is donated by Juanito D. Evangelista from Brgy. Alos, Alaminos City, Pangasinan. The school started with one classroom in the year 2000 beside Day Care room named Mabulitec Elementary School founded by Mr. Manuel M. Caballero as the Teacher-in-Charge and at the same time Grade One teacher with and enrolment of 18 pupils, 10 boys and 8 girls. With the kind hearted and combined efforts of the people of Mabulitec Balikbayan friends and Brgy. Officials through "Bayanihan Scheme" Five (5) classrooms were built wherein three (3) of which were donated by Ninoy and Iday Bautista and family, year 2001; Salinas family USA year 2002 and people of Mabulitec and friends (PTA Building); also under the good supervision of District Supervisor Mr. Sofronio C. Domantay, Sr. and the other Two (2) classrooms donated by Hon. Aguedo Agbayani (Agbayani Building), year 2003 and Hon. Generoso DC. Tulagan Sr. (Tulagan Building) the next year having 8 teachers of whom only 3 are permenanent teachers and 5 volunteer teachers at that from Kinder to Grade VI. In the year 2004, Mabulitec Elementary School turned Mabulitec Integrated School and 2 classrooms in the high school were build followed by Principal's office and school canteen up to 2007. As time passed by enrolment remarkably increased each year under the good leadership of the school heads during their time namely Mr. Manule M. Caballero, Mr. Mario M. Dela Cruz, Mr. Rosendo J. Nevado, Dr. Teresita V. Ermino and now Dr. Armando S. Victorio.

SDO1 Pangasinan’s One of a Kind World Teacher’s Day Celebration
October 5 is the World Teachers’ Day. This was established in 1994 to commemorate the anniversary of the adoption of the ILO/UNESCO recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers.
World Teachers’ Day is an occasion to celebrate the teaching profession worldwide. An occasion when gratitude is expressed and contributions of the teachers is recognized as they are of big help in shaping the future of Filipino learners.
Hence, the Department of Education (DepEd) continuously recognized the significant role of teachers in educating the Filipino children through the National Teachers’ Month (NTM) starting September 5, and its culmination on October 5 in celebration of the National Teachers’ Day (NTD) and World Teachers’ Day (WTD).
In consonance, SDO1 enjoined all public schools in Pangasinan to celebrate WTD 2019 together again in unique and enjoyable way as it was perceived by the division.
Anchored with the theme, “Gurong Pilipino: Handa sa Makabagong Pagbabago”, stresses the crucial role, loyal service, and dedicated commitment of teachers in developing globally minded citizens, nurturing families, strengthening communities, and building the nation, SDO1 Pangasinan planned a weeklong WTD celebration.
On October 1, the event highlighted the Opening of Superintendent’s Cup 2019 , Spiritual and Moral Recovery Program ,Personality Development ,Variety Show, Awarding of Teacher Heroes, and Hip-hop Dance while Mrs. WTD for a Cause ,Master Teachers Got Talent, Zumba Contest, PRAISE and Mr. and Ms. WTD were held on the second and third day, respectively.

SDOI P'sinan Lauds Teachers and Personnel's Exemplary Performance
"Teaching is not just a profession but a way of life. Teachers are branded as unsung heroes. We are the men and women with incomparable perseverance and commitment that benefit not only the school children but the community as well. We deserve a grand celebration for the special role we play on the lives of our children."
Thus said, Dr. Sheila Marie A. Primicias, OIC, Office of the Schools Division Superintendent during the opening program of Araw ng Parangal at Pasasalamat today at the Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
The aim of giving the award is to recognize teachers, personnel as well as stakeholders who showed invaluable service and commitment to uphold the vision and mission of the organization.

Dr. Tolentino G. Aquino, OIC, Office of the Regional Director of Region I keynoted the occasion. In his speech, he commended the teachers for choosing to be a teacher and for staying in the teaching profession to provide quality education. He even reiterated, "It is difficult to become a teacher but it is even difficult to become an accomplished teacher."
Meanwhile, Hon. Amado I. Espino, III, Provincial Governor of Pangasinan and this year's guest of honor and speaker, expressed his all out support to the education sector. He also sought the assistance of teachers to help him and the provincial government to guide and be watchful of our youth today.

In SDO-Pangasinan I, we take pride in our diversity, our excellent quality of life, and the success of our local schools. Our division is committed to bringing out the best in each and every child and recognizes that strong schools are the foundation of a strong community.

OUR MANDATE
The Department of Education was established through the Education Decree of 1863 as the Superior Commission of Primary Instruction under a Chairman. The Education agency underwent many reorganization efforts in the 20th century in order to better define its purpose vis a vis the changing administrations and charters. The present day Department of Education was eventually mandated through Republic Act 9155, otherwise known as the Governance of Basic Education act of 2001 which establishes the mandate of this agency.
The Department of Education (DepEd) formulates, implements, and coordinates policies, plans, programs and projects in the areas of formal and non-formal basic education. It supervises all elementary and secondary education institutions, including alternative learning systems, both public and private; and provides for the establishment and maintenance of a complete, adequate, and integrated system of basic education relevant to the goals of national development.

Jollibee joins Happy Schools Movement launching
MABULITEC INTEGRATED SCHOOL- The school, in collaboration with the Jollibee team has launched the program, Happy Schools Movement (HSM), July 8.
Following the launching of the
program, a unique flag raising ceremony took place at MIS which led by Jollibee
mascot for the first time.
Also, Jollibee led the school
children in their dance exercise to the tune of the official HSM jingle of
Region 1.
After the ceremony, School
Principal, Dr. Armando S. Victorio oriented the teachers and learners about the
HSM launching and shared the importance of convergence of everyone in embracing
its advocacy. He suggested some activities to be done in school even in
classrooms such as Bida ko, Bayani Ko, 3 O’clock Prayer Habit, Zero Waste
Management Program every afternoon, Making other’s happy in very own simple
way, which pertain to the said program.
This program aimed at making more
fun in school by developing a holistic learning
environment for the learners. “Making
our learners happy is one way of showing them our love. That’s why, Jollibee’s participation was very timely
for the HSM launching,” Dr. Armando said.
Over 300 learners and 30 teachers joined the
launching.
Happy faces were drawn among teachers and learners as
they took the opportunity to have their best pose with Jollibee on camera.
MIS learners and teachers enjoyed
the launching of the HSM because of the presence of Jollibee.
