A country where all Filipino senior citizens are able to live an improved quality of life through a healthy and productive aging.

As part of this School Year 2019-2020, Mabulitec Integrated School is expected to hold a School-Based Gender and Development (GAD) Senior Citizen Training, wherein the senior citizens are expected to join and participate. The said training was started at exactly 8 o’ clock in the morning. Ahead of time is the arrival and registration. It was started through prayer and followed by the singing of national anthem via audio visual presentation.

Our principal, Dr. Armando S. Victorio welcomed the senior citizens and he was amazed and grateful for a hundred percent attendance. Dr. Victorio was assigned as the first resource speaker and he discussed about Senior Citizen Legislation, Welfare and Benefits. He provided the information specially the different privileges of the senior citizens. On the other hand, as the GAD Coordinator I discussed about the Ten Commandments for the Senior Citizens. It sounds so biblical yet many of the participants listened well and they engaged themselves in participating. After the two topics, there were recreational activities, zumba and games for the senior. It lasted for how many minutes and they were tired and yet they felt enjoyment within their hearts. The said games and zumba is for them to be able to cope up with different physical activities and stretched more their patience. It turned out enjoyable and full of smiles on their faces.
