Amid CoVid19 MIS school checking of forms goes online

In view of the existing order given by President Rodrigo "Roa" Duterte that Luzon is put into Enhanced Community Quarantine and with the advisory released by the DepEd, teachers in the public and even in the private schools are no longer required to report and accomplish their unfinished work related business in the school.

In connection to this advisory from the DepEd, all personnel of the school were advised to do their work and take precautionary measures  at home. All personnel from the department are expected to be at home in order to achieve the social distancing being ordered by the government.

MIS continues its efficient, effective, and quality services to cater the needs of the stakeholders and its clientele (learners) even the work is suspended by means of the different online tools. Such online tools used by the personnel is the ZOOM cloud meeting application which is available for download in the app store for the IOS and google play store for the Android which enable them to initiate teleconferencing for about 40 minutes and also the Facebook Messenger to create group chats and conduct individual and group video conferencing.

As part of the duties and responsibilities of the teachers, school checking of forms have been conducted. MIS teaching force with the leadership of Dr. Christine M.Paglingayen have undergone series of discussions on how they could possibly meet the success of the task. The school checking of forms is being conducted to validate the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data inputed in the forms.

"You're health is my utmost concern" Dr. Paglingayen said.

"Please stay at home and make sure to execute proper precautionary measures, keep safe, and be with your families" she added.

With these kind of technologies arising nowadays we might say that "impossible becomes possible".
